Laser hair removal uses a state-of-the-art diode laser system. The laser generates a wavelength of light that penetrates deeply into the skin to target the melanin present in hair follicles, causing a rapid heating of the hair shaft and follicle, and leading to follicle destruction. Improvement in hair growth delay can be noticed after the very first treatment. However, depending on the coarseness of the hair and the number of follicles, 5 to 6 treatments are recommended once every 4 to 6 weeks for permanent hair removal.
